Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will generally be returned to your payment account within 3-7 workdays. The specific time depends on your payment institution.
If you paid by credit card, refund times will depend on the credit or debit card company’s policies.
Be aware that the refund date for the credit will coincide with the date of the original payment, therefore you will not be charged any interest fees.
If you paid by PayPal, refunds will be credits to your PayPal account and will be visible immediately.
The date of reimbursement to the credit card associate with your PayPal account depends on the company that issued the card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact us.
We have multiple warehouses to process our orders, and we will choose the return address nearest to you, please do not send the product to the company contact address or shipping address.
The return address will be provided by email after submitting the return application.
About The Fees Incurred in The Return
If the return is not due to product quality problems, you need to pay the return shipping cost yourself.
For returns due to product quality issues, please pay the return shipping fee in advance. We will return the order amount and return shipping fee to you after receiving the product.
Apart from that, you will not have other expenses.
We will not sign for packages that need to pay for shipping on delivery.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us email@example.com via our website.
Order cancellations have to be manually checked after 1 hours, as it may depend if your order is already processed.
If it is, then the order can not be cancelled. Order changes for address, color, etc. can be done within 24 hours.
If you have any after sales issues, please contact our Support Center and they will offer you a solution according to your case. They will confirm whether you need to return the item and to which address you may return it to.
This following section describes the processing time required upon receiving your returned item.
For exchanges, the processing time for the exchanged item will be between 3-6 business days, upon receiving your item back, and depending on stock availability.
For refunds, the processing time for us to proceed with the refund will be between 3-6 business days upon receiving your returned item. After this the refund time will depend on the payment method. Please see below for details:
-Wallet refunds will take up to 24 hours to process and appear in your EasySMX account.
-PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
-Credit card refunds will take between 7-14 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.
For repairs, it will take between 7-14 business days depending on the item and the manufacturers stock of spare parts.
