1.How do I place an order? 

Ordering on easysmx.com is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. 


Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process, when you are led to the paypal checkout page. 

2.What payment method do you accept?

We currently accept payment via PayPal as well as any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa or American Express logo. Making a payment to us through PayPal is easy. 3.Will I will charged sales tax on my purchase?

No, all product prices displayed on our website include all taxs and fees (no hidden charges here) except the extra cost you need to pay for expediting shipping. 

4.Can I cancel my order and how? 

Absolutely, as long as your order has not physically been shipped out of our warehouse you can contact us via email support@easysmx.com or contact form, and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you in cancelling your order.

5.Can I change the delivery address?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in this matter. 

6.How if I receive the wrong product?

If you received an incorrect item within recent online order, simply contact our Customer Service department via email contact form.Once confirmed, one of our representatives would be more than happy to help you to return the product and issue a full refund to you.

7.How do I use a promotional code?

At the checkout page, to apply your promotion code, copy and enter the code in the "discount code" box and click on “Apply”. Be sure that there are no additional spaces before or after the discount code.

Kindly note that only one promotion code is valid per order. A promotion code cannot be combined with an additional promotion code.
